The original Russian Cuff that was used to create this first generation casting was presented to US Army General Walter Bedell "Beetle" Smith, who was President Eisenhower’s Chief of Staff during World War II and then Ambassador to the Soviet Union from 1946-48. He received the cuff as a gift, and it has been passed down in his family. His great granddaughter kindly gave us permission to make a mold so that this beautiful bracelet could be reproduced.
